Rangeen Kitchen, meaning colorful in Hindi, is a new and fresh take on Indian cuisine. India signifies different cultures, myriad food and flavor profiles, and fresh and colorful ingredients. California represents the same – people coming from all walks of life, food and flavors from everywhere across the world.

The fun and vibrant theme of Rangeen Kitchen incorporates some quirkiness in the figurines and pictures it uses for the brand. The fish lady for example, shows a quirky take on an Indian fisherwoman with a Californian twist in her dressing sense. This is what we are presenting in the culture of our restaurant and our food too.The mural of the lady with a surfboard is a combination of an Indian classical dancer and a Californian Woman.
The wine screw on the face of the surfboard lady represents different things: 1. Unleashing your tastebuds 2. we, at our restaurant, embrace diversity, culture and treat everyone equally irrespective of how they look. 3.) California is a wine state and the wine cork is just a symbol to represent the Californian twist.
